About this retreat:
Our week-long retreat is held on Andros, also known as“La Isla del Espirito Santo,” the Island of the Holy Spirit. Throughout our time together we will begin our day with gentle yoga and meditation. Our theme this year is “Effortless Living.” Each day we will reflect on potential obstacles we face that prevent us from experiencing the interconnectedness of all life forms. Each participant will receive a coupon for bodywork (Massage,
Essential Oil Therapy or Energy Balancing). We will also have the option of
soaking up the healing energy of the island, spending quiet reflection
time, building relationships (with our own selves and others), exploring
nature, journaling, and exploring opportunities to attend cultural events
and activities conducted by the local Bahamians. We will begin and
end each day with a sacred circle.

Accommodations, Activities & Excursions
Accommodations
The retreat house is oceanfront, just steps
away from the beach. Each room is furnished with two twin beds and sleeps two guests.
One bath is shared by two rooms. Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily.

the local Mennonite farm

by local Bahamian establish-
ments or we will visit local
restaurants in person*
*Note: Access to special dietary needs may
be limited (i.e. gluten free, vegan)

Registration Information
You must return the Registration Form and Waiver completed, signed
and dated with your down payment. After we receive your completed form and payment, you will receive a confirmation along with further information.
NOTE: A valid passport is required to enter the Bahamas. Please be aware that certain COVID restrictions may still be in place. If there are any steps to take before traveling and entering the Bahamas, those will be included with other trip information.
