This series of classes will be offered periodically to connect you with the power of your creativity. All supplies will be provided. No prior art experience necessary.

I have been implementing this practice throughout this year and would love to share with you the benefits I have received as I greet my canvas each day. We are ALL creative as we are all living beings creating our lives on a day to day, moment to moment basis. Come and enjoy expressing yourself in a new (or maybe not so new) way!

We will begin with an anointing of an essential oil and immerse ourselves in a guided meditation. Following the meditation, we will express ourselves on the canvas. This sacred heART practice will open up layers of creativity as we express using words, symbols, colors, shapes or whatever emerges through our practice.
